Hans Mize
Founder & President
Hans is the leading force behind Data41’s vision to be the de facto partner for business analytics solutions. As President, he is responsible for the strategic vision and direction of Data41 and over sees sales, marketing, operations and client projects.
Prior to founding Data41, Hans was the Director of Sales for CIBER and worked in sales for J.D. Edwards and PeopleSoft. Has attended the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems.

First job was at age 14 selling seat back cushions at University of Oklahoma football games.
Collects vintage bicycles primarily from the pre-war Balloon Tire era (1933-1941).

Adam Stein
Sales
Adam is the driving force behind new business acquisitions through value-added software and services. He is responsible for developing new business relations while strengthening existing client relationships.
A seasoned sales executive with more than 15 years selling experience, Adam was a top seller for Applix and IBM’s Business Analytics division before joining Data41. Adam attended Georgia State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing.

First job was in 7th grade when he started a successful landscaping business that continued until he graduated high school.

Sarah Bartow
Operations
Sarah over sees all operations for Data41 while focusing on the delivery and integration of business performance management solutions primarily within the IBM Cognos suite of products. She is responsible for the strategic direction and daily management of a team of consultants while simultaneously monitoring the performance of Data41’s operations.
Prior to joining Data41, Sarah managed and engineered projects at Intel Corporation and General Motors Saturn Corporation. She is a dynamic, certified project management professional with more than thirteen years and $100 million of progressive, hands-on experience within world-class, global corporations. Sarah attended Ohio State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

First job was at age 13 giving horseback riding lessons to neighborhood kids and working at a local veterinary hospital.
Project managed the construction of her entire house from start to finish.
Spends her free time riding horses, and playing piano and guitar.
Doug Linhardt
Consulting Services – IBM Cognos
Doug over sees Data41’s IBM Cognos consulting resources and personnel. He is responsible for the strategic direction and daily management of his team of consultants to provide value added solutions to our clients. He manages the daily execution of his team and the overall growth and expansion of his team.
Prior to joining Data41, Doug was a Project Manager, Business and Financial analyst at MDC Holdings Inc. and Richmond American Homes. Doug attended Fort Lewis College where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and University of Denver where he received a Master of Science in Finance.

Amir Bormand
Consulting Services – Microsoft
Amir is Data41’s Microsoft Practice Lead focused on the architecture, delivery and integration of value-added business solutions using the Microsoft Business Intelligence platform. He is responsible for the strategic direction and daily management of his team of consultants.
Prior to joining Data41, Amir engaged with clients such as Alitalia, Sketchers, and Boeing in technical and project management roles. Amir attended George Mason University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Master of Information Systems.

Terry Onuma
Finance & Accounting
Terry is Data41’s Finance and Accounting Manager. She is responsible for managing and overseeing all of Data41’s accounting and finance functions.
Prior to joining Data41, Terry worked in Finance and Accounting for companies like KPMG, Disney, Allergan and AMO. Terry attended Claremont McKenna College where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Asian Studies. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.

Has lived in the United States’ two youngest states. She was born in Alaska and grew up in Hawaii.
Serves as her local elementary school’s Treasurer and Vice President of the PTA.
Led a “Run for Japan” at Tustin Ranch Elementary School, raising funds for victims of Japan’s earthquake and tsunami.
